PointPlusJob Title: Pick/Pack Associate We’re hiring a reliable Pick/Pack Associate to help us fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Schedule Start Time: 7:00A Days: Monday-Friday Hours: (Full-time—hours may vary based on business needs) Pay $16.00 per hour Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, move, bend, and work efficiently for extended periods Key Responsibilities Pick items from inventory locations according to order instructions Pack products using correct materials and packing procedures Verify quantity, product type, and labels to ensure orders are correct Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety rules and warehouse procedures at all times Meet productivity and accuracy expectations Qualifications Prior warehouse, pick/pack, or fulfillment experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Pay: From $16.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
