Picker/Packer

Job Overview As a Picker/Packer at our telecommunications service provider, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders of telecom equipment and accessories for shipment. You will handle a variety of products including modems, routers, set-top boxes, remote controls, cables, connectors, power adapters, SIM cards, and installation kits. Responsibilities: Order Selection & Picking: Review pick tickets, customer orders, and shipping schedules to determine required items for each order. Accurately locate and select products from warehouse shelves, bins, and racks. Verify product SKUs, model numbers, and quantities against order specifications before picking. Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect all equipment for physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of prior use before packing. Ensure that cables, cords, and accessories are present and undamaged. Order Packing & Preparation Safely pack orders using appropriate materials including bubble wrap, foam inserts, anti-static bags, and corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit. Include all required accessories, manuals, SIM cards, and promotional materials with each order. Securely seal, label, and weigh packages for shipment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying orders. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
