We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Picker / Packer who works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in getting orders right. You’ll pick products, check quantities, pack orders, and prepare shipments for local delivery and nationwide shipping. Responsibilities Pick orders accurately using pick tickets, scanners, or warehouse systems. Match item numbers, descriptions, sizes, colors, and case quantities. Check products for damage and verify each order before packing. Pack cartons securely to protect products during shipping. Apply the correct shipping labels and keep orders clearly identified. Build, wrap, and stage pallets safely in designated areas. Report shortages, incorrect locations, damaged products, and order discrepancies promptly. Restock picking locations and return products to their assigned bins. Keep aisles, packing stations, and work areas clean and organized. Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations. Follow warehouse safety procedures and help with other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to read item numbers, count accurately, and perform basic math. Comfortable using scanners and basic computer systems, or willing to learn. Able to stay organized and productive in a busy warehouse. Able to work independently and cooperate with the team. Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move cartons throughout the day. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to safely use warehouse equipment after training and authorization. What Success Looks Like Orders are picked correctly, packed securely, and ready on time. Products stay organized, problems are reported promptly, and teammates can depend on you to follow through.
