Responsibilities Use order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, forklift, and pallet jack equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse Accurately pick items from inventory using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to ensure correct order fulfillment Pack products securely according to quality standards, preparing shipments for delivery while adhering to packaging protocols Conduct manual handling of materials and heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing stock locations, and performing regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records Support shipping and receiving operations by loading and unloading trucks efficiently while following safety procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment and streamline operations Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations or distribution centers Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, safe load handling, and proper operation of heavy machinery Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking and packing processes Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality control throughout all stages of fulfillment Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse supervisors Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
