Responsibilities Efficiently pick items using order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, and forklift equipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements and update stock levels precisely. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Load and unload shipments safely with pallet jacks, heavy equipment, and manual handling techniques. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems. Follow safety procedures diligently, including PPE use and proper handling of heavy materials and equipment. Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments, labeling packages, and documenting transactions. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and preparing orders for dispatch. Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in picking & packing operations. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks safely. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems is advantageous. Experience with barcode scanning technology used in logistics enhances efficiency in order fulfillment tasks. Knowledge of safety protocols related to manual handling, heavy lifting, and warehouse operations is essential. Strong basic math skills for counting items accurately and verifying quantities during packing and inventory checks. Previous experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse distribution roles will help you excel in this position.
