Join our dynamic team and become part of a company that values longevity, quality, and employee growth. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and staging a wide range of products including paints, stains, brushes, rollers, spray equipment, landscaping materials (mulch, soil, stone), plants, tools, and safety gear. Responsibilities: Order Picking: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves, bins, and yard locations based on work orders, pick tickets, or crew manifest sheets. Read and interpret job tickets to understand specific material requirements for each painting or landscaping project. Packing & Staging: Pack orders securely using appropriate boxes, crates, or pallets to prevent damage during transport. Protect paint cans from crushing and seal lids tightly to prevent leaks. Stage completed orders in designated crew bays or loading zones for morning pickup. Warehouse Organization & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Organize shelving, bins, and pallet racking with clear labeling. Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive products (paints, adhesives, plants). Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
