Picker/Packer

Job Summary As a Picker/Packer, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. You’ll use scanning tools and material handling equipment to support safe, organized warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products in good condition and on time. Responsibilities Pick items using order lists, an order picker, or a radio frequency (RF) scanner; verify products with barcode scanning for logistics. Pack orders, check quality, label shipments, and support shipping and receiving. Stock and organize inventory; assist with inventory management and warehouse distribution. Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or other equipment as authorized. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving items. Experience Warehouse experience, including picking and packing, order picking, packaging, and general warehouse operations, is helpful. Basic math skills and attention to detail support accurate counts, inventory management systems, and warehouse management system updates. Experience with materials handling, heavy lifting, quality control, and load-and-unload tasks is an asset. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and material handling equipment operation is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required. Pay: $18.30 - $21.25 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
