Responsibilities Efficiently pick items using order picker equipment, RF scanners, barcode scanning systems, and manual handling techniques to fulfill customer orders accurately. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery while maintaining quality standards. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment following safety protocols. Load and unload shipments with precision, verifying incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping documents. Maintain organized storage by stocking shelves systematically and ensuring inventory is correctly labeled within warehouse management systems. Conduct regular quality control checks to identify damaged or incorrect items before dispatching orders. Follow safety procedures diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to warehouse safety protocols, and reporting hazards promptly. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials manually with care. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Prior experience in warehouse operations such as order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, stock management, and quality control is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling equipment operation. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety protocol adherence and warehouse efficiency.
