Picker/Packer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and safety. Duties Use order picker equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts to retrieve products from storage areas Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to accurately pick and track inventory Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring products are protected during transit Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, heavy equipment, and manual handling techniques in compliance with safety protocols Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy before shipping Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and barcode scanning for logistics Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, or similar heavy equipment Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems (IMS) Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and packing for extended periods Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing accuracy, and quality control Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations and personal protective equipment (PPE) use Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Warehouse experience with shipping & receiving, stock management, and distribution processes is preferred Join our team today to be part of a vibrant warehouse operation where your skills make a real impact!
