Picker/Packer

Position Summary The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately and securely preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced 3PL fulfillment center environment. This role ensures products are packed safely, labeled correctly, and shipped with minimal errors while meeting productivity standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick/Pack customer orders accurately and securely for shipment. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders. Verify product quantities, SKUs, and shipping information. Identify carriers and shipping methods for outgoing orders. Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment. Maintain packing quality standards to prevent shipping damage. Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Help maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred. Basic computer skills required. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to read and understand English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements. Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety requirements. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
