Yamato Transport U.S.A., Inc.Warehouse Fulfillment Associate Yamato Transport U.S.A., Inc. – West Dundee, IL Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Job Description Yamato Transport U.S.A., Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team in West Dundee, IL. This position involves daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. The job also requires computer work to process orders, update inventory records, and prepare shipping documents. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both warehouse work and basic computer tasks. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product information. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Check orders for accuracy before shipping. Process orders and update inventory using our warehouse management system (WMS). Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other shipping documents. Perform inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding orders and inventory issues. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Requirements Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred. Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Excel. Ability to read and follow written instructions in English. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team. Experience using a WMS or shipping software is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Compensation $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time position.
