Responsibilities Efficiently pick orders using order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, and RF scanner technology to ensure accurate fulfillment. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely for load and unload activities. Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and manual inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy. Load and unload shipments while following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments, updating inventory records, and preparing documentation. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and conducting quality control checks to ensure order accuracy. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, RF scanners, and barcode scanning technology. Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions, adhere to safety standards, and work efficiently in a team setting.
