Picker/Packer

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is primarily responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and presentation. We believe the customer experience starts before a package ever leaves the warehouse. Every order should arrive accurate, organized, securely packaged, and professionally presented. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an important role in making sure every shipment reflects the quality standards our customers expect. Daily Responsibilities; Pick products accurately according to customer orders and packing lists. Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment. Inspect merchandise for accuracy, quality, and condition before packing. Pay close attention to order presentation, including product placement, packaging materials, cleanliness, and overall appearance. Verify quantities, product details, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse. Prepare shipping labels and organize completed packages for carrier pickup. Follow established packing standards to help prevent damage during transit. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing and fulfillment area. Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and other warehouse responsibilities as needed. Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise. Work with other warehouse team members to meet daily order and shipping goals. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing things correctly and understands that the details matter. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high standards for accuracy and presentation. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately follow order picking and packing instructions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting productivity expectations. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move merchandise as required by the position. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, retail stockroom, or order-picking experience is helpful but not required. You’re not simply putting products into boxes. You’re responsible for the final impression before an order reaches the customer. From selecting the correct merchandise to making sure the package looks clean, organized, and professional when it is opened, your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction.
