Position Overview The Warehouse Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, verifying, and packaging customer orders for shipment. This role focuses on maintaining high order accuracy, ensuring fast processing times, and preparing packages securely to meet VINEVIDA's shipping standards. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work directly on the floor to pick products from inventory bins, pack items safely, and prepare outbound shipments to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Read pick sheets or scan items using warehouse management systems to locate products Accurately pick essential oils, fragrance bottles, and supplies from storage racks Inspect items for quality and verify order contents prior to packaging Securely pack items with appropriate cushioning materials to prevent damage during transit Affix shipping labels, seal cartons, and stage packages for carrier pickup Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing workstation Requirements: Ability to stand and walk continuously for the full duration of assigned shifts Physical ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry packages up to 50 lbs High attention to detail to ensure zero-error order selection and packing Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic in a team environment Comfort working in a high-volume, target-driven warehouse setting Preferred: Previous experience as a picker, packer, or warehouse associate in e-commerce Familiarity with handheld RF scanners or shipping software (ShipStation, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent Key Traits Detail-oriented Efficient and fast-paced Reliable and punctual Quality-focused Safety-minded Team player Why Join This position places you at the heart of VINEVIDA's fulfillment engine.
