Picker/Packer

Overview Join our warehouse team as a Picker/Packer and keep orders moving accurately and safely from storage to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to pick, pack, stock, and prepare products while following established safety and quality procedures. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products in good condition and on time. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized. Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and use a warehouse management system to track orders and inventory. Pack, label, and stage shipments; support shipping and receiving, and load and unload materials. Stock products, maintain inventory accuracy, and complete quality checks across warehouse distribution and operations. Handle materials safely, including heavy lifting and manual handling; use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols. Qualifications Warehouse experience and knowledge of order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, and order fulfillment. Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management, quality control, and barcode scanning for logistics. Experience with inventory management systems or a warehouse management system is helpful. Ability to operate material handling equipment and perform heavy equipment operation safely; experience with a forklift, pallet jack, order picker, reach truck, or cherry picker is preferred. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; all candidates must be able to follow safety procedures and perform the role’s physical duties.
