Duties Efficiently pick items using order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, and RF scanner systems to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring quality control standards are met for safe shipping Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively Load and unload shipments with attention to safety protocols, minimizing damage and ensuring proper inventory handling Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning for logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS) Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and ensuring optimal storage practices Experience Prior experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems (IMS) for order fulfillment and stock control Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safety standards Experience in warehouse operations such as picking & packing, shipping & receiving, quality control, and stock replenishment Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use and heavy equipment operation to ensure a safe working environment Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy verification Warehouse experience in distribution centers or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous Join us in creating an efficient, safe, and productive warehouse environment where your skills make a real impact!
