• Position: Picker & Packer
• Location: New Jersey
• Shift: 2nd Shift (Starts at 4:00 PM, End Time Based on Workload)

Key Responsibilities
• Pick and select orders accurately using paper pick tickets.
• Pack products and prepare orders for shipment.
• Build, stack, and wrap pallets to meet order requi

• Inspect produce for quality, freshness, and accuracy.
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Electric Pallet Jack experience.
• Experience with order selecting, picking, packing, and pallet building.
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs consistently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment (33°F-55°F).
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Produce, food distribution, or cold storage warehouse experience.
• Experience using RF Scanners.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Shipping & receiving experience.
• Inventory management knowledge.
• Palletizing and warehouse logistics experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
