Key Responsibilities
Order Picking
• Select the correct parts, products, or materials from warehouse shelves, racks, and bins using digital or paper pick lists.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and order details to ensure order accuracy.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards while maintaining accuracy.
Packing & Shipping
• Wrap, box, crate, and secure products using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare orders for shipment according to customer and carrier requirements.
• Apply accurate shipping labels, barcodes, and destination markings to all outgoing packages.
Inventory Control
• Verify inventory counts and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Update inventory records using warehouse management systems and company procedures.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled products.
Equipment Operation
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (where certified and authorized).
• Move materials and completed orders throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Follow all equipment safety guidelines and operating procedures.
Safety & Housekeeping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and warehouse procedures.
• Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and workplace hazards promptly.
Qualifications
Required
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and follow pick lists, work orders, and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
Preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
• Experience with barcode scanners, RF scanners, or warehouse inventory systems.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Litchfield Park, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
