Pick up and Delivery Driver

Duties Safely operate various types of vehicles including box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for delivery purposes Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques or material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Follow planned delivery routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs using mobile devices or other digital tools Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues promptly, and maintain a clean vehicle appearance Assist with warehouse operations when required, including moving goods within the warehouse using manual handling practices $18.00 - $25.00 per hour All candidates MUST have at least 21 years old and must be able to lift heavy packages and work fast on their feet. You will be working with a delivery driver, delivering packages up to 200 pounds. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE TO QUALIFY: 1. All applicants must be able to work both weekend days 3. Must be 21 years of age or older and have a personal vehicle and cell phone 4. Must be authorized to work in the USA. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: You will be picking up an delivering packages for FedEx Ground. Fast paced environment with time commitment delivery. We want positive and motivated individuals who are accustomed to constant movement and comfortable with heavy lifting. We are a growing company with 15+ years of Fed Ex Ground Experience.
