responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing ✈️ On the Front Lines: Keep operations soaring by actively picking, packing, and loading aircraft.
Step Up & Lead: Partner closely with our Operations Team Lead-coaching peers, keeping metrics sharp, and running daily supervisory playbooks.
Master the Flow: Use your supply chain savvy to smash performance metrics like order accuracy, throughput, and speedy cycle times.
Safety First: Keep communication crisp, clear, and safety-focused across all team activities.
qualifications:
What You Bring to the Team ️
1-2 Years of Hustle: Background in logistics, retail, warehouse, or fulfillment.
Leadership Spark: A desire to coach, mentor, and level up your leadership career.
Supply Chain Savvy: A solid grip on standard warehouse processes and key performance metrics.
Physical & Flexible: Ready to stand, work outdoors, and comfortably lift up to 35 lbs. Flexible schedule availability between 6 AM and 10 PM (7 days/week, up to 40 hrs/week).
On the Move: Valid driver's license for occasional sector travel and ability to pass a background check.
