Pick/Pack Associate

Position Summary The Warehouse Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position plays an important role in maintaining order accuracy, productivity, inventory integrity, and on-time shipping. Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using a handheld scanner, mobile device, or pick list. Verify item numbers, SKUs, quantities, and product condition during picking. Pack orders according to customer and company requirements. Select appropriate cartons and packing materials to protect products during shipment. Apply shipping labels and other required documentation accurately. Meet established productivity and accuracy standards. Stage completed orders in the appropriate outbound shipping area. Replenish picking locations as needed. Assist with receiving, putaway, inventory counts, and other warehouse activities when required. Identify and report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and incorrect locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Assist with special projects, kitting, labeling, repacking, and other value-added services. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management. Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance. Handle customer inventory carefully and professionally. Follow scanning and inventory-control procedures. Immediately report errors, damages, shortages, and safety concerns. Work effectively as part of a warehouse team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and understand product labels, SKUs, shipping documents, and basic work instructions. Basic computer and handheld-scanner skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and able to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift. Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, push, pull, and lift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. individually. Ability to safely perform repetitive picking and packing activities. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and activity levels. Schedule Shift: M-F 8am to 4:30pm Overtime: Overtime and additional hours may be required based on customer volume and business needs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
