Warehouse Picker/Packer (Casual Part-Time) Location: LMX Solutions 930 Britannia Rd E., Unit Z, Mississauga, ON Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shifts Available About the Opportunity LMX Solutions is seeking reliable and motivated Casual Part-Time Warehouse Picker/Packers to support our growing fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for individuals with previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience who are looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and warehouse systems Pack and prepare shipments for courier and freight carriers Assemble kits and promotional packages according to specifications Label, sort, and organize inventory and finished goods Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with general warehouse duties as required Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Preferred: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or shipping environment Experience with order picking, packing, scanning, or inventory handling Required: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 30 lbs CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear What We Offer Flexible casual/part-time scheduling Friendly team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain experience with a growing fulfillment and logistics company Potential for additional hours during peak periods How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly through this posting.
