At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading warehouse and distribution center in North Aurora, IL. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped with speed and high accuracy.

Role for Pick/Pack
• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, apply accurate shipping labels, and seal packages.
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts or replenishment.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials.
