Where HOUSESJob Summary Join our warehouse team as a Pick and Package associate and keep orders moving accurately from storage to shipment. You’ll pick, verify, pack, and stage products while following safe handling procedures and using warehouse equipment and scanning tools. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products in good condition and supports smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pick items using order information, an order picker, and a radio-frequency (RF) scanner; scan barcodes to confirm selections. Pack and label orders, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Load and unload deliveries, stock products, and support shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Use pallet jacks and, when trained and authorized, forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain an organized work area. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including picking and packing, packaging, materials handling, or warehouse distribution, is helpful; order fulfillment and inventory management experience are preferred. Basic math skills and the ability to follow order details, use a warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory management system, and complete barcode scanning tasks. Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting as required, and operate material handling equipment safely. Familiarity with warehouse operations, stocking, load and unload tasks, and safety procedures is an asset. Warehouse supervisor experience and heavy equipment operation experience are preferred, but not required. Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per week Work Location: In person
