Pick and Pack Worker

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Inspect, Mark & Pack (IMP) Operators for Kennametal. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a team environment.
This position involves inspecting, packaging and preparing manufactured parts while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

• Overtime: Daily and weekend overtime required based on production needs
• Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing facility with employees working closely together
What You’ll Be Doing
• Visually inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Place parts onto conveyor belts and remove finished parts for packaging.
• Organize parts into trays, apply lids and accurately label completed trays.
• Read and follow production orders to ensure accuracy.
• Enter production information into computer systems.
• Identify and communicate product defects or quality concerns.
• Maintain an organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.
• Cross-train in the shipping department and assist with basic shipping duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work comfortably in close proximity to other team members.
• Ability to read, understand and follow production orders.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Blueprint reading experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Most items weigh less than 15 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work daily and weekend overtime when required.

All employees must follow Kennametal’s Attendance Policy, as well as all established Safety and Quality Policies.
Candidates must be available for required overtime, including weekends, when production demands increase.
