Pick and pack warehouse

Overview Join our warehouse team as a Pick and Pack Associate and help keep orders moving accurately from storage to shipment. You’ll pick, pack, label, and stage products while following safe handling procedures and using warehouse equipment and scanning tools. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products, while careful inventory handling supports reliable warehouse operations. Duties Pick items using order lists, an order picker, or a radio-frequency (RF) scanner; confirm products with barcode scanning. Pack, label, and stage orders for shipping; support shipping and receiving as needed. Stock products, track inventory, and update records in the warehouse management system. Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers when trained and authorized. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep work areas organized. Requirements Warehouse experience is helpful; warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, picking and packing, packaging, and inventory management experience are preferred. Basic math skills and the ability to follow written or scanned instructions accurately. Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting, and to stand, walk, bend, and reach during a shift. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, and material handling equipment is an asset. Experience operating heavy equipment or serving as a warehouse supervisor is preferred; equipment use must follow site safety requirements and authorization.
