What’s a typical day as Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be:
• Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer orders and bills of materials
• Moving products and components throughout the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and kitting areas
• Maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and data integrity, including performing physical inventory counts
• Operating warehouse machinery such as WAVE, pallet jacks, and banders (training provided)
• Collaborating with team members and taking direction from leads, supervisors, or managers
• Adhering to all safety policies and maintaining a safe working environment
• Performing other warehouse duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Bring previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting (preferred)
• Possess basic computer skills and are comfortable with occasional computer use
• Are able to regularly stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights
• Can follow directions, work well in a team, and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Value safety and demonstrate a positive, responsible work attitude
