Photorunner, Driver, Helper, Real Estate Agent

Job Overview This is a 1099 position. This is mainly a position that is driving to houses and taking photos of them. A reliable vehicle is required. A valid real estate(or the intention to get one) and drivers license is required. A background and credit check is required. A copy of your driving record is required. Motor vehicle Insurance is required. The listing and selling of properties is secondary. When all other work is done, there is assisting with other tasks available. This position does not require listing and selling property but it is an option. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. Duties This is mainly a position that is driving to houses and taking photos of them. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in real estate is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with property management practices is advantageous. Multilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse clientele but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in cell phone camera usage. A valid real estate(or the intention to get one) and drivers license is required.
