Ask the Returns Team
What exactly does a Returns Associate do?
You are the careful detective of the warehouse. You will gently open and inspect returned merchandise, utilizing our digital guidelines to evaluate the physical condition of the item and ensure it is handled properly.
How do you process the items?
Based on your thoughtful inspection, you will input specific condition codes into the computer system. You will then route the item to be beautifully repackaged for resale, safely liquidated, donated to local charities, or securely recycled.
Is this role physically strenuous?
This role is generally much less strenuous than standard freight loading. It requires more mental focus, analytical thinking, and stationary work at a specialized, comfortable processing desk, though you must still be capable of standing and lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.

You must have excellent reading comprehension, strong basic computer literacy, and a high degree of ethical integrity.
