Responsibilities Include Filling, packaging, and preparing prescription orders Applying labels and verifying medication information for accuracy Scanning and organizing medications for shipment Maintaining inventory and stocking pharmacy supplies Keeping workstations clean, organized, and efficient Identifying and communicating medication or inventory discrepancies Learning and assisting in other areas of the fulfillment process as needed Working closely with pharmacists and fellow team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Required What We're Looking For Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License (required before hire) High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills The Ideal Candidate Is Reliable, punctual, and dependable A strong team player who enjoys working with others Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Motivated to learn and grow Comfortable working on their feet throughout the entire shift Able to meet productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining quality standards Important Things to Know This is a fast-paced fulfillment environment where attention to detail is critical. Team members spend the majority of their shifts standing, moving between tasks, and handling a high volume of prescriptions.
