This role ensures compliance with pharmacy regulations, shipping procedures, quality standards, and company policies while maintaining patient confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Receive and process pharmacy orders for shipment. Verify prescription information, patient details, and shipping documentation for accuracy. Package medications according to pharmacy, safety, and regulatory requirements. Label packages and prepare shipping manifests and tracking documentation. Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery of medications. Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Inspect packages for accuracy, quality, and compliance before shipment. Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and restocking duties. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or discrepancies. Maintain clean, organized, and secure shipping and receiving areas. Follow HIPAA guidelines and safeguard patient confidentiality.
