Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist - Entry Level (Veterinary) (This is an in-office position) Schedule/Shift Assigned: 8:30 - 4pm (Part time; 20-25 hours per week) - Needs to have OPEN availability. * One Weekend Day Required* Responsibilities: Pull product and pack accordingly Fulfill customer prescription orders Answer emails regarding customer inquiries Conduct calls to customers regarding pet status Detail-orientation and customer service Requirements: Preferred experience working within a warehouse/packing or mail order setting Preferred general knowledge of pet prevention/vaccines Ability to navigate computer systems and using multiple screens Customer Service experience required HS Diploma or GED Required/Must be at least 18 years old
