Pharmacy Courier Site Lead
IZY MOVERS LLCIzy Global Services LLC is a Veteran-owned logistics company launching a pharmacy courier program for a major San Antonio health system. We are hiring Site Leads, one for each pharmacy location. You will work from the pharmacy, not the road. You lead the on-site driver team and are the point of contact between pharmacy staff and our drivers. You make sure every prescription reaches the right patient on time with complete documentation. This work is time-sensitive and involves patient privacy. Accuracy comes first. What You'll Do Lead and supervise the drivers assigned to your pharmacy, including daily scheduling and assignments. Provide hiring input, interview and recommend drivers, and take part in discipline and performance decisions. Coach and train drivers on the app, delivery standards, documentation, and HIPAA rules. Run the daily pickup and coordinate with pharmacy staff. Work with remote dispatch to assign deliveries and split large pickups into driver loads. Track every delivery in real time using our dispatch app. Call patients when a driver is stuck, a delivery fails, or a patient doesn't respond. Make sure every package is handed personally to the patient or an authorized recipient, with photo, signature, and delivery sheets captured. Handle failed deliveries per program procedures and return undelivered medications to the correct pharmacy. Report delays, issues, and stat requests to pharmacy staff and dispatch right away. Check that drivers wear ID and uniform and follow HIPAA rules. Review daily performance and fix problems fast. Requirements 2+ years in dispatch, courier, logistics, or team lead work. Pharmacy or healthcare delivery experience is a plus. Experience leading or supervising a team. Comfortable making patient phone calls and directing drivers. Comfortable with smartphones and web-based apps. Able to pass a background check and healthcare facility credentialing. Willing to complete HIPAA and patient privacy training. Detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure. Able to lift packages and stand for long periods. Driver's license preferred. Schedule 8-hour shifts scheduled around your assigned pharmacy's hours, typically midday through evening. Weekend coverage may be required.
