Pharmacy Cashier/Delivery Driver
WEST END PHARMACYLooking for a friendly, outgoing, people's person to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers as they enter the store. Must be friendly to all customers as we thrive on customer service. You must know basic math and counting skills. Some cashier experience is a plus. Also, our cashiers make daily deliveries on a rotating schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Assist and sell prescriptions and OTC products to customers by providing excellent customer service and following procedure accurately and efficiently Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure positive experience Engage customers winsomely and genuinely Operate POS system efficiently Make prescription deliveries for approximately 1 to 2 hours each day using pharmacy delivery vehicle Communicate information about prescriptions to customers accurately Stock the OTC floor and keep clean Maintain a clean and safe workspace Sweep, dust, and clean floors and shelves as needed Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager to maintain effective workflow, efficiency, and customer service and safety Complies with all company policies and maintains professional relationship with all coworkers Must have open availability to work during store hours Must have a valid Driver's License & clean driving record Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Cartersville, GA (Required) Work Location: In person
