This role is ideal for someone with pharmacy experience who enjoys a blend of shipping, inventory management, customer service, and operational support. Total Rewards $20.00 hourly one month contract with potential for extension based on business needs and performance Immediate start available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Valuable exposure to pharmacy shipping and fulfillment operations Location: NE, Calgary A Typical Day Print and prepare shipping labels for outgoing pharmacy orders Accurately package medications and related materials for shipment Coordinate with couriers and answer doorbell inquiries for incoming and outgoing deliveries Verify shipment details and maintain accurate shipping documentation Assist with pharmacy fulfillment and dispensing support activities as trained Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping workspace Support daily operational requirements to ensure timely order processing and delivery Successful Candidates Will Have Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a pharmacy environment Experience with shipping, packaging, or order fulfillment processes Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 45 lbs Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach Experience using HealthWatch pharmacy software is considered an asset Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and quality standards This posting is for an active opening.
