ZCM Transport Inc. is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP) Delivery Drivers. This is a great opportunity to earn money delivering smaller FedEx packages in your community using your own personal vehicle. This position is seasonal for peak season, with the potential for continued employment for the right candidates. What You'll Do Pick up assigned packages and deliver them to residential and business customers. Complete assigned town or rural delivery routes accurately and efficiently. Use a smartphone or required scanning device to record deliveries. Provide professional customer service while representing ZCM Transport Inc. Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices. Communicate delivery issues or concerns to management. What We Offer Competitive per-stop pay based on your assigned route: Town routes: $2.00 per stop within a designated 5-mile radius. Rural routes: $5.00 per stop. Seasonal employment with the potential for longer-term opportunities. The opportunity to work independently while serving your local community. What You Need A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. A reliable personal vehicle that is 15 years old or newer , in good condition, and free of evident accident damage. Current auto insurance that meets applicable requirements. Check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for delivery work. A smartphone with GPS capability. A strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work independently. The ability to lift and carry packages as required. The ability to meet applicable company requirements, including required background check and drug screening. Must be 21 years of age or older . Vehicle Requirements Drivers must provide their own personal vehicle and are responsible for all fuel, insurance, maintenance, and other vehicle-related expenses.
