Our work environment includes: Casual work attire On-the-job training Safe work environment Our successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching drivers, ordering permits, and looking for loads. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a team and possess an ability to keep track of multiple tasks while working under pressure. A general knowledge of maps and permitting is beneficial. We are seeking self-starters who are able to work in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for their actions. Adequate typing skills, computer skills, and professional phone skills are a must. Dependability and punctuality are required. Means of transportation to and from work are a must. Applicant will be eligible for personal health insurance and a company match 401K after 90 day probationary period. Responsibilities: Gather information from drivers for permits and be able to order those permits. On the job training will be provided. Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner. Look for and evaluate loads on the loadboards. Provide customer quotes for transportation services.
