Overview Join our vibrant team as a Permanent Jewelry Stylist, where your passion for fashion and exceptional customer service will shine! You will work in a fun, light environment. In addition to the hourly rate, you are eligible for tips, which can be substantial and double your hourly rate. Hours are flexible. We also have a number of private events, like Bachelorette Parties and Girls Trips, where you can earn significant tips. In this dynamic role, you will create personalized, custom-fit jewelry pieces that become treasured accessories for our clients. Your energetic approach and eye for detail will inspire confidence and excitement in every customer interaction. As a key ambassador of our brand, you’ll foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and lasting relationships. This paid position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in retail sales, jewelry styling, and client engagement while working in a lively, fashion-forward setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on our permanent jewelry offerings and styling options Conduct product demonstrations to showcase jewelry quality, fit, and customization processes Assist clients with selecting pieces that complement their style and preferences, upselling where appropriate Measure customers accurately for custom-fit jewelry using proper sizing techniques Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail transactions smoothly, and process payments efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage cash handling responsibilities including cash drawer balancing and retail math calculations Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record keeping Promote store events such as product demos or promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in jewelry, fashion accessories, or related fields Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team collaboration skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities Proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail transactions required Knowledge of retail store product merchandising, stock management, and basic math skills necessary for daily operations Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments can be advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a lively and engaging demeanor Join us to craft beautiful jewelry experiences that leave lasting impressions!
