Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and create an inviting atmosphere that encourages exploration of our fragrance and beauty collections Provide expert advice on perfume selections, makeup application, and related beauty products to meet individual client needs Conduct product demos and educate clients about fragrance notes, application techniques, and new launches to boost sales and brand loyalty Upsell complementary products by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable options to maximize sales opportunities Manage retail store transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Millennium or similar salon software Maintain organized stock levels through stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and inventory management to ensure an appealing shopping environment Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, follow-up calls, and social media engagement to foster repeat business Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service within the beauty & cosmetics industry; cosmetology or makeup application skills are a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Millennium or salon software for processing transactions efficiently Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse clientele effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening capabilities Ability to analyze sales data, achieve sales targets, and perform basic retail math for daily operations Knowledge of retail math principles including cash handling, cashiering, and stock management Passion for beauty products with a desire to enhance product knowledge continuously through training sessions and industry updates Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in merchandising and stock replenishment Basic math skills along with proficiency in social media management for promoting products and engaging with clients online Join us as a Perfume Sales Associate where your energy meets opportunity!
