Texas Universal Stars is actively recruiting dependable, experienced CDL Class A drivers for our busy peak season! We specialize in intermodal chassis repositioning , moving empty chassis between rail terminals and storage yards throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. NO CONTAINER HAULING – CHASSIS REPOSITIONING ONLY! If you're an experienced driver who is motivated, punctual, safety-conscious, and ready to work, WE WANT YOU ON OUR TEAM! COMPETITIVE DAILY PAY Monday–Friday: $225 per day Saturday–Sunday: $250 per day Full daily compensation when assigned workload is completed Additional shifts may be available upon request Local work – HOME DAILY! AVAILABLE SHIFTS – HIRING ALL SHIFTS DAY SHIFT 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday NIGHT SHIFT 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM Evening and overnight assignments WEEKEND SHIFT Friday, Saturday & Sunday Day and night opportunities available $250 daily rate on Saturday and Sunday IMPORTANT SHIFT INFORMATION: Drivers may leave early once their assigned workload is completed and still receive full daily compensation. Drivers may report early if a tractor is available and dispatch approves. Total on-duty shift time, including lunch, cannot exceed 12 hours. Schedules and assignments depend on operational demand. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Reposition empty intermodal chassis between storage yards and railroad terminals. Operate company-provided tractors safely and professionally. Follow all railyard entry, exit, kiosk, and safety procedures. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Communicate with dispatch regarding assignments. Complete assigned moves efficiently and accurately. ✅ DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience Reliable transportation to work Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow dispatch instructions and safety requirements Intermodal or railyard experience preferred but NOT required Must satisfy applicable DOT driver qualification and drug-testing requirements APPLY IN PERSON – IMMEDIATE ONBOARDING!
