PC Operator

Major Responsibilities: Complete shipments in a timely manner while assuring a mistake free and on time delivery is made. Warehouse management and inventory control procedures to be followed daily. Preparation of shipping paperwork to be sent in a timely manner to each customer along with or prior to shipment. Daily correspondence with manufacturing to track status of parts not in inventory/warehouse location. Practice safe work habits and safe industrial driving practices while using tow motor. Daily inventory counts and QC hold parts on assigned areas in warehouse. Ability to properly apply and identify AIAG internal and shipping labels as well as internal Kanban cards. Visual checks on parts in containers prior to shipments using visual aids provided to PC department. Coordinate with manufacturing and QC department daily on rework/sort parts in order to prepare shipments. Flexibility to perform multiple tasks and ability to learn various customer ordering habits. Key Indicators: Safety incidence rating less than 3%. QC-<70 PPM, # of internal product audits. Training-100% compliance with TBTN policy and procedures. On-time delivery rating->98% on time delivery. Expedited freight- Monthly amount should be below $10,000. Several factors apply. Qualification and Experience: A self driven individual with a minimum of 5 years experience (automotive preferred) in a manufacturing facility with 2 years experience in shipping/receiving. Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment. Demonstrate initiative, leadership and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. Physical Activity: Lifting up to 33 lbs. Walking Bending Material handling of steel components, both physically and using pallet jack equipment, forklifts and overhead crane.
