We are building our provider network in advance of increasing patient demand so we can establish reliable local coverage for patients receiving outpatient procedures. This is an opportunity for independent transportation and patient-escort providers who want to establish themselves in their local service area and receive assignments based on patient needs and service availability. Position Responsibilities Colonoscopy Concierge™ providers may be assigned to assist patients with: Transportation to and from outpatient medical procedures Patient escort services Pick-up and drop-off coordination Waiting during qualifying procedures Safe return transportation Professional communication with patients and healthcare facilities Trip documentation and service records Following company procedures and patient-service requirements Our providers help patients navigate procedure day with dependable transportation and professional escort support. Basic Requirements Applicants should have: Valid driver’s license Reliable, insured vehicle Acceptable driving history Ability to complete required background screening Reliable smartphone Dependable transportation Professional appearance and communication Ability to work independently Compassionate and patient-focused attitude Ability to follow company procedures and documentation requirements Experience in any of the following is a plus: Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) Patient escort services Senior transportation Healthcare Caregiving Medical transportation Hospitality Customer service Private transportation Related patient-service fields Independent Contractor Opportunity This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional hourly employee position. Colonoscopy Concierge™ works with independent transportation and patient-escort providers who use their own vehicle and operate within their approved service area. Providers are compensated per completed assignment, with compensation varying based on the assignment, distance, service requirements, and other applicable factors. Eligible assignments may pay up to $150 per completed trip. There is no guaranteed hourly rate, minimum number of trips, or guaranteed income. Assignment availability varies by location, patient demand, and service needs.
