Passenger Transportation Dispatcher

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Passenger Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation services. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, be proficient in using dispatch platforms, and be able to prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed records. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch transportation trips. Coordinate driver assignments, pickups, drop-offs, and routes. Communicate professionally with drivers, passengers, and facilities. Monitor trips and resolve scheduling issues or delays. Navigate dispatch platforms and computer systems efficiently. Prepare daily reports, maintain accurate records, and complete required documentation. Perform data entry and ensure all trip information is accurate. Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous dispatching or transportation experience preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate dispatch platforms. Experience with data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
