Role Description The Parts Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role oversees daily warehouse operations for parts inventory, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. The supervisor maintains accurate inventory records, monitors stock levels, and coordinates with procurement, service, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities include organizing workflow, assigning tasks, and coaching warehouse staff, while enforcing safety standards and standard operating procedures. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, assisting with process improvements, and supporting maintenance of warehouse equipment and work areas. Qualifications Experience supervising warehouse, distribution, or parts operations with responsibility for daily workflows and team coordination. Strong skills in inventory control, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and reconciliation of variances using warehouse or ERP systems. Ability to oversee shipping and receiving functions, manage documentation, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, OSHA guidelines, and proper use of material handling equipment. Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and support a diverse team. Comfort with basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, inventory software) and willingness to learn new systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or logistics-related coursework or certifications are a plus. Previous experience in material handling, industrial parts, or related industries is preferred but not required.
