Job Overview This Parts Warehouse Person role is based at our South Plainfield, NJ location and plays a key part in supporting both technicians and customers. The position focuses on accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse environment. Experience with heavy equipment or related industries is a strong plus. Key Job Responsibilities Picking, packing, & shipping of all parts sales orders. Receiving customer emergency orders & distributing as required. Receiving stock orders from all vendors & efficiently stocking parts in the warehouse as outlined by the parts manager. Perform inventory cycle counts as outlined by the parts & inventory mangers. Correctly complete all required paperwork. i.e. bill of lading, part receipts, delivery tickets, etc. Maintain a well-organized, clean, safety conscious warehouse environment. Maintain open lines of communications with all parts, service, & sales personal. Safely load & unload freight. Assist parts counter personal as needed. Ensure all daily activities are completed in a timely fashion. Qualifications/Requirements Must be able to apply the seven principles of the KOMATSU Way to their everyday work activities where applicable. Warehouse training in a distribution field. A solid understanding of the physical aspect of parts inventory control. Forklift certification. A working knowledge of shipping & receiving methods & procedures.
