Toromont CatThe Remanufacturing Parts & Warehousing Manager oversees all aspects of Parts and Warehousing for all divisional CRC’s for 5 operations in Ontario and Quebec. Ensures parts are accurately planned, available, organized, and delivered just in time to maximize production associate labour utilization and minimize production interruptions. The role leads inventory planning and control, warehouse operations, parts kitting and material flow, consumable procurement, and salvage and 506 inventory optimization in support of safe, predictable, and on-time remanufacturing operations. Pay Type Full Time, Permanent Compensation $69,520.00 to $86,900.00 The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available. As a TITLE, YOU will experience: Working within one of the safest organizations in the industry where your safety and well-being are our most important priority Working for the best in class equipment dealer and with the premium Caterpillar brand Opportunities to continuously Learn, Grow and Develop with our Toromont team through our internal Training teams that are geared for your success Competitive total rewards including: wages, benefits, and premiums (as eligible) An opportunity for flexible work schedules and opportunities across multiple locations across Eastern Canada In a typical day, YOU will: Develop inventory and stocking strategies to ensure material availability aligns with production and customer demand requirements Forecast parts and material requirements, identify supply constraints, and proactively mitigate risks impacting production schedules Monitor inventory performance, including lead times, backorders, demand trends, fill rates, and supplier effectiveness Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, replenishment planning, and continuous inventory optimization Lead, coach, and develop the Warehouse team while promoting a safe, accountable, and high-performing work environment Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, stock put-away, inventory control, core management, staging, and material distribution Ensure parts kitting and material flow processes support production requirements through accurate, complete, and timely delivery of materials Procure and manage consumables and operating supplies, balancing quality, availability, service, and cost efficiency Partner with Production, Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize salvage opportunities, improve material availability, reduce lead times, and support operational performance. Must-haves for this role : 5 years of progressive experience in inventory management, parts operations, warehouse operations, supply chain, or manufacturing logistics. 3 years of people-leadership or team-supervision experience. Post-secondary diploma or degree. Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Supply chain, logistics, or inventory-management designation is considered an asset. Lean, continuous improvement, APICS/ASCM, or equivalent certification is considered an asset.
