Parts & Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

• Ordering parts and maintaining appropriate stock levels 
• Managing inventory, including cycle counts and organization 
• Staging parts for scheduled service jobs 
• Researching and sourcing parts for generator systems and industrial engines 
• Shipping and receiving of parts and equipment 
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment 
• Loading and unloading equipment as needed 
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities:

• Occasionally assisting technicians in the field as a helper when additional support is required

• 3-5 years of previous parts/warehouse experience, (Power generation or engine experience preferred) 
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time in a warehouse environment. 
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Experience driving a forklift
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiar with Microsoft office, sales force is a plus
