Parts & Warehouse Assistant Appliance Repair Company Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Parts & Warehouse Assistant to join our appliance repair team. This position helps keep our daily operations running smoothly by receiving and organizing appliance parts, maintaining inventory records, preparing parts for technicians, processing returns, and keeping the warehouse organized. No appliance repair experience is required. However, applicants must be comfortable using computers, able to work with Google Sheets, and able to communicate effectively in English. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming appliance parts and shipments Match incoming parts with the correct service jobs Prepare and organize parts for technicians Update and maintain parts and inventory information using Google Sheets and company systems Track incoming, used, unused, and returned parts Process and organize parts that need to be returned Assist with shipping and receiving Communicate with technicians and office staff regarding parts and inventory Keep shelves, parts, and warehouse areas clean and organized Perform general warehouse and operations support as needed Qualifications Must be able to communicate effectively in English Must be comfortable using computers and web-based programs Must have working knowledge of Google Sheets Able to enter and update information accurately Reliable, punctual, and organized Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Able to follow instructions and established procedures Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable lifting and moving boxes and appliance parts Willing to learn our parts and inventory systems Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or appliance parts experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working with both physical inventory and computer-based records. You do not need previous appliance repair experience. We will provide training on our processes and systems. However, basic computer skills, Google Sheets experience, and English communication skills are required.
