ConfidentialNOW HIRING: Automotive Dealership Warehouse Clerk / Parts Warehouse Associate Department: Parts Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Parts Manager Location: Brandon Tomes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Mckinney, TX Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience About the Position Brandon Tomes CDJR is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Automotive Warehouse Clerk to support our Parts Department. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing automotive parts and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and a clean, efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service to our technicians, parts counter personnel, and customers. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming automotive parts, verify quantities, and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage. Unpack, label, and properly stock parts in designated warehouse locations. Pick, stage, and deliver parts to the service department, technicians, and parts counter. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, and shipping errors. Process parts returns, warranty returns, and stock transfers as directed. Maintain an organized warehouse with clearly labeled shelves and designated storage areas. Assist with inventory replenishment and monitor stock levels. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including hand trucks and carts. Follow dealership procedures for safety, security, and inventory control. Assist the Parts Department with additional duties as needed. Qualifications A valid driver’s license is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, automotive parts, or dealership experience preferred. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership inventory management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry automotive parts and supplies, with lifting requirements determined by dealership policy. Ability to bend, reach, climb steps, and move inventory safely.
