Parts technician/Service advisor
ConfidentialJob Overview **WAGE NEGOTIABLE WITH EXPERIENCE** The Parts technician/Service advisor coordinates parts activity and service support, connecting business needs with accurate information, timely sourcing, and dependable supply. This role combines customer service, data entry, purchasing, and practical mechanical knowledge to help keep work organized and service needs moving forward. Duties Assist colleagues with parts and service inquiries, using clear communication and accurate data entry. Support purchasing, procurement, sourcing, and negotiation; coordinate with suppliers and monitor supply chain needs. Use company systems to track parts and records. Apply mechanical knowledge to identify relevant parts and support work involving manufacturing, or forklift equipment. Experience Previous heavy-duty and transport truck parts experience - min 2 years Working knowledge of parts ordering processing and order life cycle systems. Ability to manage inventory using warehouse inventory control methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with Heavy duty mechanics. Candidate to be action orientated with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Red seal certified in parts. Efficient with data entry.
